Who will be sent to my home or property to provide the service?
DFW Rent Ready team and/or a trusted experience vendor, if needed to complete the project.
How can I get an estimate or quote for the services I need?

What options do I have to pay for your services?
DFW Rent Ready accepts payment directly through the owners portal, credit card, or ACH payments are accepted.
How much do your services cost?
Each project will be subject to costs depending on the need of services.
I’m not a property manager, can I still hire you?
DFW Rent Ready is open to all projects, including individual home owners, property owners, property management companies, and commercial businesses.
Is your business insured?
Yes, DFW Rent Ready is fully insured.
If special materials are needed for a project, do I need to purchase them?
If a project requires/prefers special materials, DFW Rent Ready will work with the owner to get the required/desired materials. DFW Rent Ready prefers to purchase materials to plan timelines and assist preventing delays in the timeline.
